About this experience

This Yin and Yang Yoga class fuses two styles of yoga into one flow – combining the benefits of Yang, an active asana practice with Yin, a more cooling and gentle stretching practice. Closing with a chimes, harp and vocal sound
bath.

Yin Yang Yoga starts with an active yoga sequence to warm the muscles and build strength. From there, the practice moves into deep stretching to open tight areas such as the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and quads. This class is
recommended for first time yogis, people who spend hours sitting at work, people who want to improve their sleep, athletes and everyone in between.

This class offers an a vinyasa practice, a yin practice and a sound bath all in one! Short on time? We smoothly make it all happen in 45 minutes. You can expect sun salutations, lunges, gentle wall inversions, and hip openers. For the Savasana portion, enjoy the ethereal sounds of the harp. Harp, one of the world's oldest instruments, has been used for healing for some 3,000 years. Its celestial and unique sound both calms and uplifts the body through a vast range of vibrations and overtones. In simplest terms, it's a heavenly musical massage!
