The first half is a yin practice to release tension in your body with prolonged holds of deep stretches. It ends with 30 minutes of yoga nidra, the practice of YOGIC SLEEP.


Yin yoga postures are designed to open up the body by prolonged holds of deep stretching. Yoga Nidra is a powerful healing and restorative practice, done lying down in savasana and it works as a “reset” button for your nervous system, bringing you to deep states of calm and relaxation. Your brain waves will move from beta to alpha waves, where intuition, creativity and deep emotional healing are all cultivated. Many people fall asleep at first but eventually one learns to ride the slower brain waves into an altered state of awareness where you will meet the absolute best version of yourself.
