MEDITATION

Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. It can also be a way to reduce stress and develop concentration. You can use the practice to increase other beneficial habits and feelings, such as a positive outlook, self-discipline and healthy sleep patterns.

SOUNDBATH 

A soundbath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience whereby participants “bathe” in the sound waves produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls. Soundbaths have been known to improve sleep, aid depression and regenerate cells. 

MOVEMENT

Yin movement is all about softness. Rather than a powerful, sweaty and hot practice  Yin movement requires one to hold poses for long periods of time. Postures are less about physicality and more about release, working on the connective tissue rather than the muscle.


Kundalini is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

BREATHWORK 

Breathwork is a method of breath control that is meant to give rise to altered states of consciousness and also has an effect on one's physical and mental well-being. Derived from various spiritual and pre-scientific traditions from around the world, it can cause a therapeutic effect, release of emotions, negative toxins and energies.
